ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
You may return full priced items for an Exchange, Gift Card (never expires) or Refund postmarked within 14 days of your order date. Sale items and Beauty items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers within the United States:
Please note, the $11 cost of your Return label that will be deducted from your gift card or refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping label.
International Customers outside of the United States
Please ship your return to the address below using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Kindly include the completed return form that comes inside your package (please note, all return packages must have a tracking number):

For all online orders:
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return drop offs are accepted at store locations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
No Price adjustments.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

The merchandise must be with original receipt or gift receipt. No Price adjustments.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition with tags attached in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
Sale merchandise and pre-orders are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All exchanges are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
